Tannas Marketing Organization

Tannas takes pride in being able to offer our full line of quality manufactured instruments as well as our fine reputation for installation and servicing to the numerous countries around the world.

Over the years, Tannas has worked hard at trying to extend our superior level of sales, service and support to our overseas customers. In so doing, we have had the good fortune and opportunity to work with a vast array of talented, enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals.

With today's new industry requirements calling for numerous instruments manufactured by Tannas, we knew it was only a matter of time before overseas representation would need to be increased accordingly. As a result, Tannas has announced a major addition to the Tannas team of exclusive distributors.

In late 1997, Tannas signed a distributor agreement with Varlen Instruments, Inc., headquartered in Bellwood, IL, and their associated agents to represent Tannas products in three key territories around the world -- Eastern & Western Europe, Central & South America and the Middle East. Throughout this year and into the next, the various Varlen representatives will become trained and qualified to conduct the installation (commissioning) procedures required for each Tannas instrument sale in their territory. Customers can expect to receive the same level of quality service and support Tannas is known for around the world.

With the inclusion of the Varlen team of representatives, Tannas has increased its sales offices to nearly 60 countries. Now that the Tannas/Varlen relationship has been functioning for nearly a year, Tannas is in the process of finalizing details for Varlen representatives to cover the remaining Pacific Rim countries, including China. We are very excited about rounding out these previously uncovered areas and entering into technical dialogue with their knowledgeable personnel.
